Our Collision Repair Process To Safely & Properly Repair Your Vehicle:

1. Estimate

Red Rock Collision will inspect your vehicle to estimate the damage; keep in mind not all of the damages may be seen on the preliminary inspection. In addition, some hidden damages may be found when disassembly has begun.

2. Disassembly

We will disassemble your vehicle to uncover the damages caused by any impact. Further communication with the client & insurance company may be required if any further damage is found on inspection.

3. Structural Repairs

All structural repairs from any accident will be repaired. In addition, red Rock Collision utilizes computer measuring software to analyze your vehicle's frame to bring back the original manufacturer frame.

4. Order Parts

All parts will be checked for availability & quality to be shipped on time according to the repair schedule. So, you can be sure Red Rock will get you on your way!

5. Structural Repairs

All repairs on the structural body will be thoroughly checked for quality & imperfections so you can be sure your car will be ready on the way out.

6. Body Repairs

We will also ensure all the damaged parts of the car are entirely up to specifications before leaving our facility. Any sheet metal is installed & aligned perfectly. The panels of all painted automobiles are primed, painted, and sealed using only the highest rate, manufacturer-approved, waterborne paint.

7. Reassembly/Scanning

8. Detailing

At this final stage, we will personally clean your vehicle inside & out! Removing any dust, dirt, particles, or stains (that we can get). This way, your car can feel fresh on the interior and exterior! This will be the final stage to check for any quality imperfections to fix before sending it out.

9. Completion

The Red Rock Collision Repair team will explain the repairs performed and provide final paperwork and post-repair instructions.
